Welcome to Raleigh Roof Pro. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the provision of our roofing services. By accessing this website or hiring our crew for services in Raleigh, Cary, Garner, Apex, Wake Forest, Morrisville, Knightdale, or surrounding Wake County areas, you agree to accept these terms in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.
Estimates and Inspections Raleigh Roof Pro provides free, no-obligation roof inspections and written estimates. An estimate is a professional assessment based on visible conditions at the time of the inspection. While we strive for absolute accuracy, hidden damage (such as rotted decking beneath shingles or compromised insulation under flat roofs) cannot always be seen until work begins. Any additional work discovered during the project will be documented with photos and presented to you for approval before we proceed.
Payment Terms Payment schedules are outlined in your specific project contract. Generally, a deposit may be required to secure materials and schedule your project, with the final balance due upon substantial completion of the work. We accept standard payment methods as agreed upon in your contract. Failure to remit payment according to the agreed schedule may result in a pause of work or the placement of a mechanic’s lien in accordance with North Carolina law.
Warranties and Limitation of Liability Raleigh Roof Pro stands behind our craftsmanship. We provide workmanship warranties on our installations and repairs, the specifics of which are detailed in your contract. Additionally, many of the roofing materials we install (such as GAF, Owens Corning, and metal systems) carry manufacturer warranties. We will provide you with all manufacturer warranty documentation upon project completion.
Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship or materials as outlined in our warranties. Raleigh Roof Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to interior water damage resulting from pre-existing leaks, extreme weather events exceeding material ratings, or structural failures unrelated to our roofing work.
Property Access, Safety, and Damage By hiring us, you grant Raleigh Roof Pro permission to access your property, including the roof, attic, and yard, to perform the agreed-upon work. We take extensive precautions to protect your landscaping, gutters, and property, including the use of tarps, plywood, and magnetic nail sweeps. However, roofing is heavy construction work. Minor disturbances to landscaping or vibrations that may affect fragile interior items are inherent risks of the trade. We recommend moving vehicles away from the work zone and securing fragile items inside your home prior to our arrival.
Permits, HOAs, and Local Regulations Raleigh Roof Pro will identify when a project requires a permit from the City of Raleigh, Town of Cary, Town of Apex, or other local municipalities, and we will handle the permitting process where agreed. Homeowners are responsible for ensuring that any necessary Homeowners Association (HOA) approvals are secured prior to the start of visible work, unless we have explicitly agreed to handle this process on your behalf.
Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, we request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Deposits paid for custom-ordered materials (such as specific metal panels, tile, or slate) may be non-refundable once the materials have been ordered or delivered to our yard.
Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
